It was a beautiful day in a beautiful setting. The restaurants are lovely, and the food is good and quality. With the plus admission, one meal is included. The shops have quality and beautiful items, different from what you find in the markets. Prices are very high. We did not do any additional activities, even if some intrigued us. There was no time. For a whole day, we were not able to visit everything.

The guide gave us the wrong information regarding the pictures. He told us to use the park cameras and that we would download the photos the next day for a reasonable price. Instead, you have to buy a photo pack at the entrance or online - at a gold price - before starting your visit. They give you a barcode to use in the park's cameras.

The sad thing is the animals in captivity in tiny spaces. It is not acceptable. The jaguar looked mad. He kept making the same path back and forth as if he had lost his mind. A sorrowful scene; I couldn't stop looking at it. And idiotic people were making noises, growling as if to provoke him. Unacceptable. Such wild and large animals need bigger spaces and more care. The same for the dolphins forced to swim with screaming kids in an environment where everything booms.
In 2022 we should be able to have fun without making animals suffer.

Overall it was a good experience—the truly enchanting final show.

Stunning resort with plenty to do, although additional activities comes with an additional price tag. Paid extra to swim with the dolphins and do sea trek. Long day with lots of walking, good food selections available, show at the end (7-9pm) felt extremely long after being there for 12 hours, however entertaining and worth seeing. Transportation included, picked us up from the hotel and straight back no issues. Staff are kind and helpful. Definitely worth a visit if you can keep up with all the walking!

We paid basic fare on the website $124 per adult ages 12 and up pay as an adult, this was perfect for us so much to do(includes the main show @1700) MUST WATCH????bet we didn’t even go through the whole park in 1 day. We traveled with 1infant 1toddler both free we were limited on the activities. My girls had so much fun they went for a swim, seen so many animals up close. Paid $100 to interact with dolphins ???? however my only complain is the pictures are through the roof in addition to the swim with dolphins these are the three selections 10 slides for $149 or $349 or all the slides photos $500 I think that is too much money and it’s upsetting. I couldn’t get a close picture with the interaction they have their own photographers and they are pretty much on the way. Everything else was great the staff was great, it rained on us towards the exit. We loved the experience and would love to come back.

Enjoyed the swimming under the caves as the water was a cool treat from the hot weather. Only thing I would change is they should have someone there pacing the guests in so not so over crowded when in and trying to swim. The butterfly garden was relaxing and pretty nice. The show at end of night was very good but the 7 course meal as well as buffet during the day was not worth the money.

The night show is a must... it was really spectacular.

The day activities are fun as well, especially seeing some special animals and fishes. The inclusive lunch is tasty. You will need more time to go through all activities available.

However as a nature person, i would prefer just to see the night show and spend the day in the ocean instead of in a water park.

If you have kids and teens, this place is perfect to spend entire day.

One of the best ecological water park on the world, it can be expensive for a large family but I can tell you it’s well worth it.
Arrive early and be ready to explore and swim, in addition book your activities, I recommend underground swimming and paragliding.
Great food, amazing views but make sure check the best time to visit so you don’t get too much rain or heat.
Bring water shoes (recommend mole skin as you’ll be walking most of the time on wet shoes and you don’t want to be in discomfort later on the day with blisters) and ecological sun block (buy it outside as it’s expensive at the park).

Make sure don’t get drunk, (seen too many people doing it) you don’t want to miss all the activities and places to visit as you’ll have no time to waste.

At night don’t forget to go to the stadium to see one of the best cultural and amazing shows of Mexico’s history, try to seat on the center to get an excellent view, if still hungry spend some money to get the dinner.

Overall you don’t want to miss this opportunity to have fun, learn from the beautiful Mexican culture and eat amazing food while swimming in the caves, many activities and overall nice weather.

Excellent park, there is so much to do and see, it's really an all day adventure! My top three favorites were the Butterfly Pavilion, the Aviary, and most of all, the river swim/float. There were so many great things to see, the ruins, turtles, manatees, dolphins, beaches, cemetery, village, etc. I liked the color coded paths, it made navigating the park much easier. In the Aviary, behind the glass, there are 15 bays and each one has a baby macaw in order from 1-15 days old. Most were filled when we visited. It was so neat! The huge stained glass ceiling in the butterfly area was incredible and you get to float under it on the green path in the river swim. The beach area was way overcrowded and not relaxing; next time, we will probably skip. The river was incredible and free! You don't need to pay for a locker, they have a bag that you put your stuff in and they bring it to the exit for you. We missed out on the show, bummer, but we will be back! We stayed at Xcaret Arte, which was an incredible experience on its own.
