I have eaten and ordered pizza from Adornetto's Real Ibiza for years. I really enjoy their pizza but yesterday I had one of the biggest disappointments. It was pouring rain so my husband and I decided it wasn't fair for the delivery guy who drives a motorcycle to be out in this weather. It wasn't safe. So I called and asked if I could place a to go order. They said it wasn't possible since people order and never pick up their food. I understood and drove to the place. When I got there it took the cashier almost 5 minutes to take my order because she was talking with her coworkers. I waited patiently. She was rude while taking the order with an attitude. I honestly didn't understand why but who am I to judge someone's mood. I waited for my pizza which took longer than usual because they were still too involved in their conversation. I sat on a table by the door because I had my tiny puppy with me covered in blankets and it was poring rain outside. I was practically outside the restaurant since I knew I had the dog. It was as if I were sitting on the tables they have on the sidewalk. When they have my my food it was still pouring so I asked for some plaits and the delivery guy denied them to us. So we opened our pizza and started eating it from the box. He asked us to leave because we had the dog which was practically outside. I understood and tried to explain my husband did as well and the delivery guy got sort of aggressive and stood angry in front of my husband when he explained that out of respect for him we didn't have the order delivered this guy got closer to him with his chest out and to be honest I thought he was going to punch my husband and said in a rude voice can't you see I'm already wet. We left the place. With the sadness knowing we live their food but we are not coming back. That is not the way to treat people. That is aggression and it is not right.
