We had a group of American during 10 days.
Exceptional attention from the staff (they even speak English which is not a given at hotel reception around town), very good food and excellent location (the hip neighborhood of Jalatlaco).
100% enjoyable and recommendable.

Quiet. Clean. Helpful u0026 friendly staff. Pool nice but more like a plunge pool. Rooftop pleasant with nice restaurant. Recommend because in Jalatlaco area. Very nice neighborhood with many colorful murals u0026 coffee shops/restaurants.

Noisy and too expensive for what they offer. The lights are on till late and the curtains in the room doesn’t hide them. Tiny pool and unfriendly staff when we asked to make less noise.

Great spot friendly staff and amazing owner with great recommendations. We will definitely be back to Oaxaca and be staying at this hotel.

Sweet little hotel located a bit outside the Historic Center. Convenient to Santo Domingo and the botanical gardens. Nice (if small and shallow) pool and spa on the roof. Great restaurant as well. Some of the rooms don't have windows - ask when booking if this bothers you. Great staff and comfy beds.

I've stayed here twice and both times were wonderful. The rooms are clean, great service and good location with lots of food around within walking distance. The hotel breakfast was also super delicious with special items that are very Oaxaqueñan like the omelette wrapped in hierba santa leaf. Plus they have the most charming bar downstairs. It really is a dreamy place with lots of charm. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful little hotel in a quaint neighborhood within walking distance to the historic center. The staff could not have been more accommodating, I am in a wheelchair and they went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Maria's recommendations on restaurants and guides were fantastic! We saw and ate at some memorable places. Try the cucumber basil cocktail they prepare there!
