Picked up vehicle with a partial tank of fuel. It was documented prior to leaving and the agreement was to just return the vehicle with the same level of fuel. I returned the vehicle with MORE fuel than what it had when I picked it up. However because it was not 'topped off' to a full tank I was charged a fuel charge. I called the branch immediately and they reassured me it would be fixed. Never happened.

Don't rent from here. To begin with, they don't have a desk at the airport. The helpdesk at the airport tried calling for a shuttle, but no one picked up the phone. I had to walk with three bags all the way to their office in 40 degree weather. They also don't send you the receipt. Overall avoid this place and go with Avis or Hertz
