Perfect service, front desk always available for any concerns, they have a small shop on site at normal prices for food, and any travel needs, good prices and the supervisor and front desk named Wendy was very very nice and serviceable.

Is okay the place is affordable but is not exactly a 5 ???? place is not the cleanest impeccable expect some anomalies at your room the atencion of the people is fair the front desk girls are nice and try to help you but expect a call to ask you how is your experience wile you are asleep???? and make you wonder what the$!#%: is going on and offer you a fix your missing service when you are not able to receive any one if you want free breakfast the next day this place is absolutely not the place you need other than that you are okay it seems like they try hard to please the customer but really they are on the way learning I'm not trying to be rude actually I appreciate it but if you are expecting the perfection this place is absolutely not your place to spend the night ???? think twice before you decide because soon as you pay your money is not refundable you are stock there

Overall the lady at front desk she its really helpful and nice she was a guardian angel for mi and my family thanks everything was nice and clean. I recommend this place. 1to10. Big 10

Everything was fine with the room. But it was remodel poorly. AC unit was barely keeping the room at a 78° with 2 people. But security was on lot and everything was clean.

Dorm type of room charged with hotel price. The room stinks of cigarette and water comes out yellow from the bathroom. Cleaning is done once a week. Not recommendable if you are only here for short business trip

Room cleanup correct.
Bed Good.
Breakfast Good.
Near Monterrey city center.

Confortable, clean, the room is not that big but I liked the fact that is not expensive and it has a stove and fridge
