The hotel is actually really nice, just the elevator card reader brakes constantly and you have to relay in just one elevator to go up in a bussy place, and the shower heads are awful you struggle a bit to shower.

My membership level was not valid by the frontdesk and my stay after 5 days is not with a credit in my account.

Frontdesk is in a declining trend in terms of service.

Maintenance of rooms is also decreasing having broken floor, very poor shower maintenance, less amenities, etc.

I normally booked at this hotel for my working and personal travels but I think I will user another chain.

Good points iare regarding wireless service and breakfast buffet.

Nice hotel with helpful staff. The restaurant has good food for the value. A small snack store is on the main floor. A lounge are for tv and drinks wasn't open, but looked like I would have used it. There's a pool outside. Very near to Starbucks and 711. The hotel will exchange to peso. The rooms were large and quite. Room service available 24 hours. I would recommend staying here.

The CP MTY Airport Hotel is OK. Nothing flashy. Service generally efficient. Room generally clean, bathroom clean, but carpets obviously not cleaned very often -- my socks were dirty just walking around room. This isn't unusual, but I don't think that makes it acceptable. Bathroom clean and personal care products nice -- towels were fine but a bit worn. Bed was comfortable, quiet, plenty of pillows (had a king room). They brought a mini-fridge to my room on request. Ice machine on floor (I like ice). If you're staying near the airport it's also nice they have a shuttle to the industrial zone plants, or even to your nearby restaurant, which you can schedule and they're mostly on-time. Airport shuttle every half-hour.

Food is horrible. The breakfast is a joke. They make you pay a service laundry for today . You give them in the morning you pay for fast and you receive 3 days later . They always lost something of your laundry. The hotel is not the same of years ago. And if ask to talk with the manager he can only from 9am to 6pm. And is never there .

This used to be well managed and one of my favorite hotels. Now its a dump. No refrigerator or microwave. TV didn’t work properly after several complaints (picture very fuzzy, very limited channels). Toilet didn’t work properly. Had to ask for toilet paper 3 times before I received it. The list could go on and on. My next trip to Monterey I will stay at the Hampton.

The restaurant in the hotel was great.
Soon after getting into my room a couple was given the same room and if I had not locked the door they would have walked in on me. The front desk staff is not really focused and they head to the back as soon as possible, then ignore the front desk. I had to call out for someone or have the person who sells snacks get their attention. I was expecting a refrigerator in the room in order to keep some things cold but there were none available.
