I used for one night during summer. PROs: Cold tiled floor, strong AC. Far enough from city/street noise. Large spacious rooms with basic kitchenette, huge cali king bed. You could make local calls. Lots of closet space.
CONs: the parking is tiny/weird. Walls are thin, you hear neighbors. The room has lights, but no side lamps on night table. Bed skirt was stained.
Conclusion: it was ok for 1 night. It was cheap, mostly quiet. It worked for me.

It's a cool place to stay while in-work traveling

The room was spacious. The only bad thing was the shower head.
