Great Hotel for a business travel, the beds are very comfortable and they have air conditioning so it is very comfortable.

Service was excellent. The employees go above and beyond. The rooms need some paint touch ups and more towels.

The room was cozy. The bed was comfortable.The sheets were stained Though. The room was clean, but very dusty. The website states free breakfast, but it wasn’t free. They don’t have a coffee pot in the rooms. The walls are thin and you can hear everything from the hallway and room next door. There’s also construction going on so if you’re a late riser the noise will wake you. Overall it’s a cute boutique hotel in a safe neighborhood.

Internet is slow when more than 3 devices are being used. The hotel doesn't have a central ac so it's as hot as outside until you turn on the AC in the bedroom and even then it's just a minisplit that doesn't have an automatic sensor for the temperature of the room. The beds were shaped weird with a curve that makes sharing uncomfortable because one person would be falling off the bed. Spacious but not what we were looking for

Positives- It's a beautiful hotel. Pretty economical. Incredible and accommodating staff. Comfortable and clean rooms. Lovely view from the roof terrace. If you have a problem, the staff will help right away. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Did I mention the terrace?

Negatives- (none really) The gym is a little lacking but they have all the cardio equipment you need to break a sweat, some free weights and a punching bag. They have signs suggesting there is a Spa but it seemed to be closed/non-existent.

100% recommend staying here when in town.

Clean, modern and a great location. Much better than any brand-name around here, Hotel VN was my home for the last 5 nights. Close to San José Hospital, and centrally located in Monterrey, it has easy parking, a fast elevator, big clean rooms and it offers a great value for most type of travelers. I even liked the view from my low-story room.

Under construction, paper thin walls, and no attention to detail... this morning i heard from my bed how someone pooped ???? and shower on another floor... location is fantastic, the staff was helpful, there was parking available... didnt try the brakefast but heard from someone who travelled with me said that was good...overall if u dont mind the noise is good for.the price
