Well the cafeteria was best, so comfortable, nice place but the coffee was Terrible
I ordered ice americano but there is no ice in it even just one. And it was so waterly
I considered to ask new one but i just threw and go to another place
And i got upset because she made me waste my time and money
I swear I'm never gonna be there again

Standard Starbucks Coffee shop with typical drink offerings, nice seating options and some food as well as bulk coffee and paraphernalia. They have both indoor and outdoor seating and the indoor upstairs seemed to be cooled. It has an eclectic vibe. The Wi-Fi though is absolutely terrible both in speed and connectivity. Bathrooms are not public here, you must know the code to get in.

Açai drink is nothing like açai, according to the employees there is NO açai at all in the drink. BIG disappointment.

This Starbucks is located across the street from Gran Hotel CDM. Very convenient. The staff was very helpful as I stumbled with my Spanish. Definitely will return.

This is probably the most beautiful Starbucks in Mexico, either the up, down or outside part are amazing, so the views. Coffee is delicious in here and the ambient is Incredible.

Buen servicio, bebidas, y ubicacion! El surcursal es uno de mis favoritos en la CDMX.

Tourists: This SB has a great location, good availability of the travel coffee mugs and other merch for collectors, and English speakers for those uncomfortable ordering in Spanish.
