DOV: 19Aug2014 Its a catholic church made in Roman architecture. Its a good place to walk around. Its not maintained properly but the oldness is its beauty.

This is a second historical church located on pedestrian street Calle Francisco I. Madero, on the corner of Calle Isabel La Católica, with the entrance of Madero, the first one being the Franciscan Church and ex-convent to the west of Madero.
The architectural style is somewhat different from the more ornate later baroque style; it is more austere and a bit more somber.
The interior offers a lot to see and admire. The church was first founded by Jesuits but after they were banished from Mexico (they were expelled in 1767 from Spain, and thus from all Spanish overseas possessions, it belongs now to the Oratorians Order or Oratory of Saint Philip Neri.
