Great quality: Fantastic location, everything is clean and nice, breakfast is good too. The staff is very helpful and gentle.

Love this hotel. My room and bathroom are immaculate and have a wonderful view of the night and day life below. After spending 2 weeks with students in subpar conditions, especially bathrooms, I hopped into the pristine bathtub and washed my troubles away. Great location!

Nothing but good things to stay about this hotel. It should become a 5 star!

I've been staying in this hotel for ever, truly, for ever, more then 20 yrs and I keep comming back. It's an old structure very well kept, perfectly clean, perfectly centered at Centro Historico. And very afforfable prices. Very nice people attending you.

Staff has taken personal responsibility in watching out for their guests and help in any way they can. All of them have been polite and very respectful. The only bad thing is the mattresses, they are hard and we toss and turn throughout the night.

Liked:
The hotel has super location. I had room with great terrace and view from it. There were good english speaking managers on reception. Of course, I couldn't mention clean rooms and great cleaning. My room had rather huge bathroom. There is a grocery store near doors of the hotel, where you can buy yogurt.

Disliked:
1) I ordered suit with one bed and balcony. Finally - I received room with 2 beds. The staff was ready to change my room, but it was on the first floor, without balcony and with huge bath/jacuzzi in the middle of the room.
2) Slow internet
3) Cold rooms
4)Low soundproof - my room was located near elevator, so I heard how elevators worked - especially, it was unforgettable at night
5) I didn't order breakfast. One morning I wanted to drink tea in a hotel restaurant - it was not available. I wanted to order cappuccino and, surprisingly, it wasn't available too. They didn't have any hot drink, except disgusting americano coffee.

Stayed here during my recent trip to Mexico, the service here was great. The area it’s located in was amazing and safe. There’s always someone at the door and a security guard at night. I would totally stay here again!
