A small facility in heart of old town, with whole gym in one high ceiling room. A fair number of cross trainers u0026 running machines, but upright cycles broken. Good selection of resistance machines. No area for stretching / cool down. Day rate available.

Good price for 1 day (5€). Small but all necessary work-out machinery is there. Staff does not really speak English

Great location. The cardio machines could be kept in better condition.

(Translated by Google) The address of the gym is located in the center of Mexico City. It covers a small area and is divided into two floors. The entrance is located above the steps, and it is difficult to find the inside if you don't look carefully from the outside. As soon as you enter the door, you will find that the first floor is a cardio and strength training area. Although there are not many instruments, they are basically complete. The second floor is divided into two classrooms, and there are group exercises at specific times. 8, 9 in the morning, and 6 and 7 in the evening are the most crowded times, and the gym will be crowded. Fortunately, the members are not bad, and you can do rotation training. More unsatisfactory is that the light level is too dim, there is no bright lighting system. In addition to the geographical advantage, the membership fee is indeed not cost-effective, even higher than many chain gyms. If there is a gym closer to home, this is not the best option.
