Paid for premium car and the only one available was in poor mechanical and cosmetic condition. I’ve used Sixt in Europe and US, but it’s not the same standard in Mexico.
Response to Sixt´s comment below: AICM Terminal 1, but this applies to the company (in Mexico as my experience elsewhere has been great) and not a single branch. To quote your employee, "It is the same fare for a 2022 brand new SUV with all the gadgets vs a 2017, 80 thousand km, no bluetooth SUV in bad shape (cosmetic both interior/exterior u0026 mechanic). It all depends on the availability". I also received the SUV with 1/4 fuel tank and the windshield was cracked which beyond a cosmetic condition it is a safety hazard.
