The hotel was incredible. We had a king size room: lot of space, bright, clean, spacious bathroom, (and the most important of all) comfortable bed. The reception was really helpful. The American breakfast was nice too and had a good variety of options as main dish.

As per the position, it is a bit far from the city center but there are many shops 5-minutes walk far. An important note: our Mexico City tour guide recommended us not to turn on the left hand side since, specially at night, could be not safe (if you need any help or recommendation, you can ask the guys in Escamela cafè which is just in front the hotel - Gabriel speaks very good English and he is really helpful).

We had an excellent time. Customer service was great Luis and Rodolfo were awesome . Super nice and always willing to go the extra mile to make out stay better, food is good , the rooms were clean and comfy . Huge bathroom and shower . We enjoy our stay . Thank you guys for all your help
We will definitely be back . Highly recommended . Location awesome if you stay there go have some tacos at Tacos Asados ask for Malinalli. She is awesome !!

Stayed for 2 nights and the room was comfortable and cozy. The wifi was bad and the hotel only has a restaurant in the morning available. Definitely close to a lot of places walking distance

Friendly staff, comfy beds, great location, ac works. Good wifi.

I love the fresh fruit and fresh water all day by reception. Nice touch!

Very good facilities for the price. Comfortable and quiet. Breakfast food was mediocre, the waitress was surly.

Decent hotel with good dining options and many attractions nearby. The rooms are small but clean with all amenities in working order. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear most everything. Do not stay here if you are a light sleeper. The staff is helpful if called upon but do not go out of their way to great or even acknowledge you. I don't believe their customer service training is a focal point. One morning for breakfast I stood at the restaurant entrance waiting for a table. Several servers walked past me completely ignoring me. I walked to a nearby cafe and had breakfast there instead. Good place to stay for a few days but don't expect more than a clean place to stay.
