No heat or air conditioning. No refrigerator. Only one TV in 2 bedroom suite. A lot of noise from street and airport.
Location is good for walking to restaurants and malls.
I don't recommend. I won't stay again

Good value for money. Nice staff, well located and delicious breakfast.

It's a apartment style hotel with all appliances included (iron, fridge, microwave etc.)

The internet is free but not reliable.

I got there around 11 pm and the guard (which was the only good thing about the place) opened the gate for me. There wasn't a receptionist because he had to work at other 3 hotels which were I the vicinity. Had to wait around 10 minutes for the receptionist to get there, charge my card and give me my keys. The guard politely explained to me while we waited that it was a new policy of the suites that no guest could occupy a room until the room was paid. Once in the room I noticed that there were no hangers and no hot water, called the lobby and the guard answered (I guess the receptionist had to run to one of the other 3 hotels) and got me some hangers, but I had to take a bath with cold water. The walls were paper thin so I could clearly hear the Chinese movie my neighbor was watching. The room's window was facing the hallway, so all the light was pouring into the room even when I pulled down the curtains. The bed was kind of hard but serviceable. The suites are in a very good location but that's all they got going for them, would not recommend.

Very nice and quiet stay. The single suite has enough room for a couple, and it has all the necessary amenities. The staff is very educated and friendly, and the breakfast is delicious. It is only a 2 block walk from the subway, and only a 25 minute walk from malls like Antara, Carso and so many modern buildings where plenty of companies are moving to.

This was a nice little out of the way place to stay while in Mexico city for 2 months. Staff was great. Rooms we're generous in size. Kitchenette was a big plus. Internet easy fair and free. Continental breakfast lacked but coffee was good. Always quick to get a taxi from the porters. Safe and comfortable. I will stay again.

We stayed three nights in March 22, out March 24 in 2018
Positive: Value for money, ideal location, good mattress, cleaning made each day
Medium: breakfast is average but acceptable
Negative: because of the way the building is designed - cars coming in just below the windows - and noise clibing up the place is unfortunately noisy

Nice place to stay socially who want to stay for a week or more. Nice spacious apartments.
