I had an amazing experience here! The store had stunning home decor, clothing, accessories and art - mostly from Mexican and South American designers. The service was impeccable, and the salesperson who helped us spoke perfect english and was super knowledgeable about the background every artisan/maker. Can't wait to come back!

I read about this store and couldn’t wait to visit and it exceeded my expectations. All the pieces are made by Mexican designers. Everything is stunning! The people that worked there were so kind and helpful when I tried things on. I will definitely be back next time I’m in Polanco.

I bought a dress from them saying I might possibly return it. I came back to return it only for them to tell me it was a store credit only policy. They did not say anything about store credit only when I was buying my item and when I asked them why they didn’t say anything, they said there’s a sign on the register which is a tiny sign on the opposite side of where I paid. They also told me and my receipt says store credit only—which does me no good if I’ve already bought the item. They weren’t an ounce apologetic and it was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Do not go to this store.

Fernanda was so helpful to us while we were visiting Mexico city. Our daughter lives here, and Fernanda helped with a custom necklace that we wanted for our daughters birthday. Fernanda coordinated with Ishi as to what we wanted. She was amazing! We also purchased a couple of Ishi pieces that Fernanda helped us pick out.

I went in looking to buy a few gifts for myself and friends but the sales people were so overtly, incredibly rude to me, and made me feel so uncomfortable that I just paid for the wallet I had picked out so far and left. They glared at me the entire time I was shopping and the female attendant outright ignored me when I asked a question. Being from NYC, I am accustomed to occasional snooty behavior from high end stores, but. this was beyond anything. Like, you work there bro, relax.

Only casual wears. Can't find anything that I can wear to work. Lots of fun looking jewelry; again, mostly of a casual style.
