We stayed 4 nights and we loved it. The room was clean and cozy. It has a leaving room with a big TV, small kitchen but no equipment beside a pair of cutlery (we didn't ask if you can ask for a pan or something), big bathroom with shower and a bedroom also with TV and a big bed. Located in the middle of the city, you can get very early to everywhere. All the staff very polite and helpful. RECOMMENDED!! Just they charged us for early check in almost a full night (we arrived at 8.00am) so plan in advance your stay.

Suite 406 was register to Paulita Suarez and she forgot her cellphone behind the bed or side tables, which impossible for someone to see it without knowing it’s there. Well she called customer service hotel receptionist and apparently that person she spoke with when to check said it wasn’t there she called right away after checkout room has not been service yet and cellphone is not there she checked in yesterday she checked out today around 10:30ish am. July 9, 2022 Can someone please help her get her phone back

BE AWARE THEFT! I left my bag for keeping in this place and they stole my best and more expensive close from my bag. Management do nothing and no regrets even! With this behavior they support crime throughout personal. Also it’s one management for all JR hotels net. So this situation can happen in that hotels. BE AWARE!

Had to wait around two hours for our Rooms to be available after check-in time. Rooms are extremely small, no air conditioning in rooms, beds are very hard and pillows are as flat as pancakes. You can here all the noise happening outside. Do not recommend at all.

Do not stay here. They tried to get me to pay 76 dollars for 2 extra towels. The television was broken. The sofa is not a bed. When I complained I was told to figure it out. Requested to check out I was told since I used the bathroom I would be charged a full night. Then now I will not be given refund for the 3 days I will not be staying here. Please book somewhere else receptionist at check in is a scam artist and should be fired! This hotel not worth the dramatics!!
