We had a great time here. The drinks were fantastic and the server was very helpful! Not a great place for vegetarians, but they helped me find something to eat and it filled my belly. Adding veggie tacos to the menu would be a bonus.
We left to have a drink elsewhere and came back because the drinks here were much better and the atmosphere and music were great.

The Place is excellent with Music. We asked the singer to sing 2 songs, and she asked for MXN$200, but that was worth the money. Her Voice is Excellent. on the Diner side, we had a great time. The server speaks English, so it was great to place the Order. They have an English menu as well. Just ask them. We tried Guacamole Nachos,Chicken Fajita, Chicken Enchilada. The taste was delicious.

Wide is the range of Mexican cuisine offering from different regions of the country. Great choice for bringing that special visitor that is curious and enjoys food and drinks. The venue I love for continuing the night beyond dinner. For more experiences like this follow @quiquinnv

Came back 3 weeks later:
It's getting harder to leave my hometown of Mexico City.
Once again at El Mexicano restaurant. This is the one place I can say represents Mexico to me. A must.

We have gone with the menu rather than the buffet as we thought for vegetarian buffet is not worth it. Buffet has lot of variety and it’s $M220 each.
Ordered cheese quesadilla, mushroom soup and three cheese pasta. Liked the mushroom soup. Others were bland as they were short of some salt and spice. Waiters were helpful to provide with whatever we need, though communication was difficult with them.
Check out times when live mariachi is there to feel the right vibe.

Update: Got to try their breakfast buffet. So many options to choose from juices, coffee, fruits, chilaquilies, beans, potato wedges, soup, chicken, ham, pork and breads. Chef offers you a custom omelette if you are interested in. Overall definitely a sumptuous breakfast. Also, if you are staying in Exe Suites San Marino cost of buffet is $M120 which makes it super worthy.
