Highly recommend restaurant for a delicious authentic lunch. We visited based on reviews and were extremely satisfied.
Service was attentive and prompt. Now the food was super delicious. The tortilla soup was one of the best I’ve had, so bold and flavorful!
Hands down some of the BEST mole around. I had the pork mole which was the perfect balance of chocolate sweetness and spices which made for the well balanced dish! A must try for mole and tortilla soup. For desert the freshly made churros were delicious.
Will definitely visit again!
Cheers.

Nice place, good food, ideal for a cool spring/autumn cocktail night. I’m taking a star off for two reasons: I ordered shrimp and it came open in half but with the skin on! Now, I understand that you may cook them like this for flavor but you can peel them off before serving, at least in a “fine” dining place. Second, while not crazy expensive I thin the value is a bit off in terms of quality/portions.

This restaurant specializes in Veracruz style food. I had the red snapper Veracruz style. Food did not disappoint. However waiter did not check our table at all after food was served. I had to wave him down 30 minutes later for the check. Get a table indoors if you do not want to be bothered by ambulatory vendors.

If you are looking for a hearty and delicious meal, this is the place. We visited based on reviews and recommendation from a friend, i am glad we decided to try this place.

Service was attentive and prompt. Now the food was super delicious. The chilaquiles were nice and in between soggy and crispy, the sauce was tasty and not too spicy.
The cafe parroquia (coffee with milk) was perfect.

The portion sizes were great and the value for what you pay for it is worth it.

Will definitely visit again!

Delicious and filling food options. I'd recommend the chulaquiles, tamale, and huevos jarocho!

Excellent outdoor section with a retracting roof in case it rains . The service is top notch , the friendly and courteous waiters are always by your side at your bacon call .
We attended a party with a smorgasbord of appetizers . Everything was delicious , salsas were the best , and the bar was one of a kind . Try a " torito " , a delicious fresh fruit drink made with the perfect amount of booze . Kinda a grown ups milkshake . Great location , but limited parking , normal for Mexico City . Still , a great restaurant !!!
Enjoy .
