Pros: close to the Angel of independence, tons of restaurants, coffee shops, shopping locations, oxxos, virtually everything you need within walking distance. Also, it is only a 3 minute walk from the US embassy and a 5 minute walk to where they do medical revisions and take fingerprints for visas. It is also in an extremely safe and nice location. The room was beyond my expectation because it was only $2700 pesos after taxes for 3 nights and had a living room section, eating table, kitchen with stove, mini fridge, microwave, and utensils. The bedroom has a big TV and is super comfortable with wonderful pillows that you don’t want to get out of bed. There is also a place to wash your clothes in the hotel for free in the evening. Another pro is that they clean the room everyday and we didn’t know this. We left all of our possessions, money, etcétera out and it was all here when we returned. Very trustworthy and nice staff.

Cons: The shower head doesn’t work well because water comes out of the spout to fill the tub at the same time and there is no way to close it. Also, it has a tub but no way to plug the hole so you can’t take a bath if you would like to do so. Also, there is no bar in the hotel or room service which would be nice.

Overall this is a wonderful place to stay and I would definitely stay here again. It is the perfect place if you have business to attend to at the US embassy or just want to be in a safe / nice part of the city for a wonderful price with a wonderful room and staff.

Good location. Good service from Jose. Has kitchen but had to ask for cutlery and various kitchen basics. Cleanliness is below average. Our windows wouldn't lock, they said they would send someone to fix, but never did. There is a clunky room safe.

Very nice place in Mexico City Business District. Comfortable rooms at a very competitive pricing. 100 percent recommended.

Nice location but noisy, AC not working even in the second room, management need to check their room cleaning is not properly done.
Road side really noisy due to the karaoke across the street

Not really what they offered, the place smells bad, the duvet was dirty, carpet super dirty, don't think it was even sanitized

I don't know how gave this place 4 Stars, in my opinion it would be 3.

We booked a room for 2 nights, the Hotel didn't told us that the street in front was under construction. Therefore no Parking, no direct access by car.
The costumer service (yes we canceled and booked another hotel) was very bad afterwards.

The rooms are tiny and not the most well maintained. The kitchen had no knife and when we asked for one the one they gave was useless.
