It was okay.
In all honesty, if you're just looking for a place to sleep, I'd say this place is pretty good. But let me list the pros and cons, because there are a lot of things here that a lot of people

PROS:
-Price isn't bad for the room size and amenities
-It's in a pretty great location
-Breakfast is cheap (and pretty delicious), some rooms come included with it

CONS:
-Extremely loud in the mornings. (Personally, it didn't bother me, I'm from NYC and am used to that type of noise, but my friend didn't feel the same way)
-In my room, the lights flickered for about 5 seconds before turning on. Not a big deal, but it does make the ambiance feel a lot cheaper.
-Outdated in many ways, including flooring, poor elevator service, etc.
-The air conditioner in my friend's room did not work. Fortunately, he didn't feel the need for it.

In the end, it's a gamble whether you'll have a good experience here, but if you want to be in this area specifically and not spend too much, it might be your best choice.

Everything is in a walk reach. The aria seems safe.
The furniture was a bit old, but it wasn’t a problem. When we asked for cleaning up, it literally shined afterwards. And the was spacious. There was a small kitchen with equipment, that was very helpful, we could have our meals.
The room was clean.
Actually, I didn’t request any service.
The furniture was a bit old, but for us it’s not a problem.

Room was smaller, dingier, and dirtier than it appeared online when we booked. We checked out the night we checked in. Hotel may be good for a budget long term stay, there is a small kitchenette with two burners near the sink.

For what it's worth the rooms were cozy nd good. The only thing is I like to sleep cold nd it was a little warm ..wish there was some kind of AC in the room or a way to adjust the temperature.. wasn't hot but just wanted it colder to sleep better ..

This hotel was very outdated and the elevator hardly worked- I was honestly afraid I would be stuck in it because it was constantly broken down and they would have to bring people to try to “fix” it.

By far the worst part was the wifi. It was non-existent. Definitely do not stay here if you need to have wifi; it was like 20 kb/s when I would run speed checks. I work remotely and had to tether my phone and pay a lot for wifi. I tried to make it work but it just was not worth the stress… so fellow digital nomads beware… Airbnb’s are the way to go it seems in CDMX if you need internet.

The Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious, but it really was not a great stay.

I want to give 5 stars to this hotel. The service is great. On the first the card to Open the room,s Door did not work but it happens in many places. The locación is excelent. Right Next to the us consulate. There is a restaurant el mexicano in the lobby and many more restaurants on the street. No need to take taxi.

Fiance and I stayed here for a week. Were more than satisfied. Although you can probably find a newer hotel with similar amenities and location for the same price. Is decent but might try another place next time.

First the good: Great location. Great views. Decent internet. Good value with buffet breakfast included which is very convenient if you have errands to do in the morning. Housekeeping thorough and flexibly timed. Fresh linens every day. Big closet with a small safe. Windows allow natural ventilation. Every employee was quite kind, helpful and nice.

Now the bad: Kitchenette iss currently disabled due to COVID. It can get noisy up until 23:00 specially on the weekend. AC does not work properly. It has a funky cigarrete smell if you leave the air vent open. Some electric outlets do not work. Fake wood floors. Outdated features. Hair drier only turns on for 10 seconds. Internet kicks you out every day at 10 pm and you have to re-login.
