*Hot water is only available in the morning, not in the evening. So when you return the hotel after your day trip in the city you have to take a shower with cold water which I did for 3 days.

*It's an extremely noisy hotel. Max. you can sleep until 6 am !!

*Breakfast is very very poor. Worse than a typical hostel. Only coffee, scramble egg and some fruit.

I don't recommend the hotel so I wont stay again.

Wonderful! Modern rooms with big windows and a hot shower. Comfortable bed. Karla at the front desk was SO helpful and made our trip much easier! We will definitely return next time we are in CDMX.

No elevator, no air conditioning, no fan, small rooms.
