Positive: The staff is friendly, especially Sergio that greeted us. Every time he saw us he always said hello. Overall the stay was pleasant. King size bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking. I like the fact they allow you to self park in front of the entry. Negative: I didn't like that when we arrived in the evening, there were no towels at all in the room. The A/C is very noisy. There's a train that goes by in the middle of the night blowing the horn. The water has a foul smell when you first open the faucet.

Rooms are extremely dirty, there’s mold in the bathrooms and beds were not clean, it was obvious they didn’t change them from previous stay. Buffet staff was rude. Not to mention not safe. Definitely not a place for families

Positive: Nice room pool breakfast buffet Negative: Check in took too long. The staff was not able to locate my reservation. Took over 30 minutes to check in

Seems like quality control is all over the place. I had reservations for 3 rooms because i was traveling with family. My room had no fridge and no microwave, so the space where it went was just empty. The bathroom sinks faucet was rusty and nasty looking. The shower curtains were ripped in the middle. The white towels we were given had so many stains in them they werent even white anymore. Room 2 was a double room, again no fridge and no microwave. Same thing with the shower and the bathroom door was literally loose of the hinges you had to lift the door to close it. Room 3 lights didnt work so it was super dark. They did have a fridge and microwave even though it was no different than my room. Only good thing is that the hotel is close to the mall and everything else is close by. Thats pretty much the only thing its got going for it.

Positive: The lobby has been upgraded very nicely. Great Customer Service from every Staff member we encountered. Negative: The room was nice, but needed some upgrades. Holes in the wall by the window, covered by curtains. Nighttime, it got very cold, asked for a a heater, but the one that was sent did not work, had to wait until the next day to ask for one that worked

Everything was amazing. From the hotel cafe , to the staff at the bar, to housekeeping. The pool was pretty nice. The service was great. Felt safe in the hotel. The only cons were the view from the room. We Faced a wall of graffiti and then the bathroom curtain stunk. Like they don’t wash it often or at all. And finally , the rooms do not have a microwave or fridge. It was a huge con since we have kids. We had to get a bucket of ice and a cooler and kept it in the car because my 3 year old still wants milk at bed time. If you or your kids are too Americanized for tacos and Mexicali food, there’s a Carl’s Jr. and a Burger King within 3-4 minutes of the hotel. There are 2 different banks across the hotel in case you need to withdraw money. Over all, For the price, our stay was good. My kids loved it.

They wanted $175 for a single room. I've stayed there before, much cheaper and not a really nice room
