The hotel is very old and not well maintained. The exterior of the property looks ok and there is plenty of parking available. The rooms are very old and smell moldy. The AC unit is so old and probably not properly cleaned or maintained that it irritated our nose and throats when it was on. The bathroom is very old and the tub is so discolored. Although the room is cleaned it smells like it was cleaned with a dirty cloth/mop.

Decent experience. It's important you know this is NOT the Ritz-Carlton. It's Mexico. Hospitality is different here. The complex was pretty clean. Rooms were decent size. TV was just eh. No fridge so bring a cooler (but be aware the rules say no food or drink allowed). Workers kept the place clean. Pool was nice. Did have an issue with the hot water one morning, but it got fixed pretty fast. Only soap and little bottle of shampoo and lotion so bring your own toiletries. No extta little washcloths either so bring your body scrubber. Parking is mostly safe (anything can happen anywhere) but you do need a permit to enter the parking (one way in, one way out). Close to shopping and food places (don't go to Bambino pizza ???? not good). AC worked great. It was quiet (was in the 300 building away from the main road). "Gym" available (2 treadmills). No free ice. But you can buy some from the front desk. Soda machines available near the rooms. Overall, good enough and we'll likely go back (just better prepared).

Positive: The pool Negative: Had to pay 20 dollars more for a room with pool side, but instead of getting a king or queen bed end up with two full size beds, which is pretty uncomfortable for two adults to sleep in.

In general good service, although it is worth noting that breakfast is made to order, it is not a buffet, excellent treatment of all workers in general

Small rooms, horrible u0026 limited breakfast... for them chips/totopos with red salsa on top not cooked together are chilaquiles. You have to choose between chilaquiles, hotcakes or jam u0026 eggs. They offered orange juice but is orange drink "Tang". Receptionist not attentive to customer's need. We have to walk like 10 min to find my room.

Terrible service no toilet paper kids in the pool time in 9am no free enviroment guy up in down no privosy at all to demanding will never go back with family we got 5 rooms no business was us again no hot water the only thing good was the air condition freezing we all got sick

We usually stay here a lot with no issues. This time, I was disappointed. Everyone is very nice and respectful but I can't believe the room did not have a fridge. Usually all the rooms have small dorm refrigerators but they don't provide them anymore.
