Place nice u0026 clean. Delicious buffet breakfast. Receptionist just doing their job; not taking care of customer, I had to ask directions to my room u0026 find out by myself that I needed to insert card into elevator card reader in order to work ????!

Hotel Fiesta was an absolute 5 star hotel with VIP service. Classy, Beautiful, big, clean rooms. Nice Restaurant and Bar on the 1st floor. Very affordable. I recommend people to stay here if you’re on a Business trip or just visiting. You will be very happy, satisfied, impressed with your stay????

The staff all work hard and are eager to please. But the hotel needs new management.

I got there a little after 3:00 p.m. and was told my room would be ready in about 30 minutes, so I went to the restaurant and returned a little after 4:00 p.m. and was told my room would be ready in 15 minutes. At almost 5:00 I was finally given a room. Maybe they had staffing issues and that alone would not have resulted in my low rating.

Shower water never got beyond warm.
I asked for a view and got a room on the first floor looking at some trees and a concrete slab.
The furniture in the room is shaky (cheap particle board) and I could hardly sit in the chair to use my laptop.
Beds were fine and the room was clean, but this is not a three star hotel.

Very disappointed of this place, we have stayed in multiple Fiesta Inn hotels across Mexico and this is definitely the worse, from the check-in they didn't have our room ready until past 5 pm, when we finally got to the room, it had a horrible wet paint smell and it looked old and run down. The bathroom was smelly and with humidity and moss.

Will never come back.

Very disappointed. We have been in Chetumal and in Puebla at the restaurant. There it was great, here very poor and expensive.
The room was worse. The bed was hard and old. The blankets were very uncomfortable. The sofa was old and smelly. The table was old and broken. We had to request a fridge because it wasn't working properly. Customer service was good to a point, they need training. Customer is first. The bathroom was the only thing good. Very disappointed ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

Very nice and courteous staff. Restaurant food delicious. The only thing is they need to get memory foam beds. Bed is to hard. But other then that enjoyable stay.
