Oh my God. These tacos haunt my dreams. I first visited over 10 years ago. Whenever I visit Mexicali Tacos del Ferrocarril are a must. I tend to stick with carts #1, #2, or #3. All the ones I've tried so far are amazing. The birra is super tender and flavorful. The 2 tortillas are a must. Greasy in the best way. Hands down the best tacos I've ever had in my life.

Stopped to get our fix on tacos de borrego. We chose #5 because it looked appealing plus there were a couple of people lining up which is always a good sign of righteousness. The tattooed vato that makes the tacos was good at his craft. We loved it and will probably hit him up next time were in Chicali

It is a tradition to come to this place for the Borrego tacos, they are open 24-7

If youre out late any night,or should i say morning and all the taco stands and eating places are closed there will always (24hrs) be at least 1 or 2 stands open but be aware no carne asada here,only tacos de cabeza de res or borrego available.but theyre really good!!!!.its a place in mexicali you have to try at least once!! ????????
