I don't understand how this hotel has such a high rating. Maybe we got a bad room but I don't think so. We were upstairs Room 207. We paid 950 pesos for the night. Very disappointed seeing as the 3 other hotels within a block are about the same price and you get a lot more elsewhere. The worst was the carpets, don't take off your shoes!! My clean white socks were black within 10 minutes, I was shocked. The mini split didn't work. The bathroom had a lot of dark staining on the walls. Three room is overall very neglected, renovations are needed badly here although it looks good from the outside and paint in the rooms looks fairly good. Or room came with a fridge and microwave as well as a bathtub which are hard to find but no plug for the tub. Cleaning is the downfall of this hotel. Besides the carpet or microwave had never been cleaned I'm sure (pics attached). For the price I would recommend staying somewhere else. WiFi was slow or non existent but needs were good. I won't stay here again.
