We spent 3 nights at Viva Merida Hotel Boutique as part of our honeymoon in August 2022. We were welcomed into the hotel as soon as we arrived and they gave our early check in without any extra fees. Our loft room was lovely and spacious with an outdoor tub we could enjoy. The room was very clean as well. The breakfast was good and the staff were always helpful.

The room was adorable and the bathroom was huge. The place itself is very well decorated and clean. We also enjoyed breakfast, there was not a lot to choose from but it was delicious. Regarding location it is also very good, close to everywhere within max.30 mins by foot.

Great little hotel in Merida. Rooms were spacious, airy. Breakfast was delicious, especially the French toast. There was a great outside space with a pool that was nice for sun bathing. Staff were friendly and attentive. Would easily stay there again.

Attractive small hotel conveniently located for downtown Merida. Very good breakfast and large, clean, airy rooms all on the ground floor (although most are split level with the bathroom above). The rooms are directly off the beautiful courtyard dining area which was very quiet during our stay but might be noisy at busy times. Staff were also excellent.

This must be one of the most pleasant hotels I've ever stayed at. The design, comfort and attention to detail was very good. We rented the loft which comes with a small private pool on the terrace which proved amazing for watching the moon at night with a glass of champagne. The other rooms also seem exquisite. Highly recommended, would come back.

I was charmed by everything about this place. They even make my healthy oatmeal breakfast (with milk) taste superb! The building was constricted by Lebanese immigrants hence the dreamy design.
