Services are short but very enjoyable! This is my go to church.

The altar is decorated very interestingly with religious sculptures and it makes for a beautiful place. The little chapel is always kept clean and the atmosphere is very calm and soothing.

Don't hesitate to visit and have a marquesita afterwards in the park!

Very appealing architecture with great interior details. Amazing light show in the walls at night.

Beautiful old church with great free parking in the square! We tipped the old man who helped us find a parking spot! The square has a lot of great local food vendors at very cheap prices...try the marquepesitas for a dessert (flat waffle cone spread with Nutella, banana and cheese) ????
Live music at night was lovely ????

Gorgeous church, fantastic way to enjoy a quiet morning. Right next to the church is the Parque de Santiago with a beautiful fountain and lots of pigeons to feed :) and if you get hungry you can grab a bite to eat at the market right next to the church. I enjoyed this plaza much better than the busy main zocalo in the historic centro.
