Rodrigo is the best host I ever had, helpful, resourceful and just a great human being!

I booked my room through Airbnb and the pictures on the site was worse than reality, which is uncommon . My room was big, authentic looking and had a private entrance to a very cute pool area. Pool wax big and clean, unfortunately I had no Company to hang out there. Also, the property has hit water with good water pressure which is hard to find in hotels over there( my Prev hotels had Luke warm water or very bad water pressure) location is great, highly recommended !!

This is the sadest experience I have ever had at this location The Owner some young kid is very un profesional. We rented om airbnb with my self husband and two kids 3 and 1 year old We did the tour the place looked exceptible However small things like Mold crusted in the bottom of the swimmng pool and a broken up inside bathtub outside all crack with fiberglass hanging off A rusted old chair directly in the sun no shade And a clearly unlicensed kitchen selling food for clients with out proper kitchen to clean things that they sub rent to others. The biggest is that when doing the tour they told me that the broken kitchen was for the clients so of course that sold me at Least I can cook for the family and not have to eat out everyday for 10 days we rented so we decided to try it out. We paid and then my family and I went shopping buying enough food to last the ten days moved in for the stay went to cook. The stove wouldnt work So I asked the owner how to get it turned on and looked at me as if i wasnt good enough to be there and ask me * Who are you anyway and I responded I just rented for ten days and he told me well the kitchen doesnt work we dont allow you to cook here. And also we dont allow kids and told me it was best to get a refund So i did and left This cost time and money taxis in the sun allday looking for another place with 2 kids 10 bags of grocerys and three bags of cloths big ones I do not recomend anyone go there at all they are new owners and will not last long with the way they treat guest beware

Friendly staff, great location, across a local market, a church, a park, parking outside, 10 min walk to plaza grande (central park of the city), there's a spa $, very lovely pool, clean, beautiful historic house.

I have also looked into the place yes the young guy there is a jerk and rude And the place should be shut down for the unsafe areas and the bugs were horrible there
