Hotel review - stayed for 3 nights and had a good stay overall. The architecture is beautiful and it is also in a really nice location.

Service and staff was good, breakfast too.

The rooms were a bit outdated especially for the nightly price, and the main pool didn’t look the cleanest unfortunately. The beds were comfortable, though the AC turning on and off was a little annoying at first though I did get used to it.

Overall good stay, but for the nightly price I would have expected a bit more especially in the room.

Recently stayed here for four nights and it was lovely. No complaints. My room was beautiful and spacious with super high ceilings and great temperature control (thank goodness). It was also well designed. The building is stunning! Just beautiful. Excellent location, close to everything. Staff are so so nice. Very helpful and seem like genuinely kind people. Breakfast is generous and very good. I loved my stay!

This hotel has a contemporary design with lots of details. The rooms are clean and airy. Rooftop Bar ambiance is beautiful. Great Live music and service. The food was made with love…. You don’t be disappointed.

We got breakfast here on a Monday, the place was 3/4 full and only one young gentleman serving all tables however his service was great, very polite and our order was correct and complete. The issue was the quality and presentation of the food. My chilaquiles were greasy, limites sauce and dry pieces of chicken… never again!

Had a delicious dinner here, out on the terrace. Definitely try the chocolate soufflé! Their homemade bread is delicious, too. My server Kevin was super attentive u0026 friendly, and I left very full and very happy. 10/10

Gorgeous building, friendly and professional staff and fresh delicious breakfast. We loved our stay! What a luxurious experience and with every peso.

1) Hot water shower takes ten mins to start up, cold is fine.
2) AC is loud and noisy
3) Rooms are not sound proofed
4) Pool is dirty
5) Room cleaning is questionable - hair found after cleaning in bed- 3 star
6) Waiter staff are slow
7) Internet is slow
8) Location is good
9) 4 star service
10) 5 star location
