Perfect, safe tourist location and rooms are frequently discounted so it’s good value. Clean room, modern fixtures, nice big indoor pool. Jets weren’t working in the spa tub. Make sure and check that before you take your clothes off. The views from the giant windows are fabulous, if your room is on an upper floor.

Overall. Great location in Centro. The rooms are very basic with cold AC, TV, safe and desk. The breakfast is good and service is okay. $50USD per night.

My room 205 was in very bad disrepair. No water for a while after checking in; 2 hours. The shower head doesn't spray only drips water pressure. The shower door handles are broken.

The people at the reception are very friendly and super helpful. The only issues with the hotel are that they DO NOT accept AMEX and they don't have much hot water to take a shower.

Restaurant is slow and understaffed, food mediocre at best.

No business center, room decor is sparse, the desk chair is uncomfortable. I do not recommend it!

Great value and very good location. Rooms are decent and very good for 800 pesos. Sometimes on busy Saturday’s and Sundays the hotel is full and prices double. It is good to book ahead. Free parking lot also makes it easy to drive and park.

Nice place, it is located on big noisy avenue, but it is so quiet in the room.
Has its own parking, our family was totally satisfied
