Great cochinita. I was reffered here by a local, and it could not be mistaken. I had a couple of tortas. Bread is soft and crispy. Handmade tortillas.

The torta lechon was delicious some of the best local, Street food style dish I had in Merida. The meat is juicy and the skin is crispy and delicious..I also had the cochinita pibil which was very well seasoned and tasty.

Tradicional place to eat Tortas de Lechón and Tortas de Cochinita Pibil, where locals go. Be aware that it can be a little bit greasy, nevertheless, very tasty.

Voted by locals as the Best Cochinita and Lechón in Merida.
Super savory tacos and sandwiches (tortas) made out of pork either natural or cooked with spices. While in Merida, need to stop always here for breakfast. You can also take it by the kilo or partial kilo and take it home.
