We had good service and a nice lunch at this beautiful hotel's restaurant. We enjoyed the guacamole as well as sikil pak which is a pumpkin seed dip as appetizers. We shared a club sandwich for our main dish. A word of warning, the meals are extremely large! The food was very good, and the hotel is absolutely beautiful. We chose to dine inside to take advantage of the air conditioning as it was nearly 40° outside.

We've been trying different places for breakfast in Merida as our hotel didn't offer it, and this was by far the best. We only came for breakfast, but we were wowed with the patio and the food was delicious and service impeccable. An amazing place.

We only visited the restaurant and this is a wonderful place to have breakfast. Beautiful and relaxing courtyard with very helpful staff and delicious food. When in Merida, make sure to stop by.

Amazing hotel. Pictures and videos cannot show the true beauty of this place. The rooms are big and the patios nice and relaxing places. A gem in Mérida

My Mother and I made dinner reservations here for Christmas Eve and the food was outstanding. We enjoyed a four course meal in an exquisite setting - we sat right next to a fountain in the hotel's beautiful courtyard. The atmosphere and decor of the hotel was amazing. There was also wonderful musical entertainment to accompany our meal. The wait staff were so helpful and friendly. We did not stay the night, but what we saw of the hotel as dinner guests was very nice. It is centrally located right next to the Catedral de San lldefonso.

If there are 6 I would have given 7! This place is a hidden treasure. They service, staff, location and the hotel rooms are out of this world. This is one of top places I have ever stayed in and the experience really blowed my mind. Very recommended when in Merida.

Went to Christmas Eve dinner after having breakfast at their gorgeous courtyard. Umparaleled service. Att. to detail all around the food and service. The dinner was excellent, high end, excellent food presentation and flavorful. Very expensive hotel rooms in a gorgeous veey well appointed old house.
