Great central location. Room with high (15ft) ceiling. Quiet and kind staffs. We stayed for a week and enjoy walking to places.

This is a charming older hotel with ac. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hot water worked great about half the time. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall, a good value for the price.

Had a nice stay. In a bit of a touristy area but safe and accessible. Easy to walk to all the sights in centro Merida.

I wish we could have stayed longer. Perfect location, you can walk to everything you need. Starbucks and gelato shops downstairs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The AC was very cold and the shower pressure was the best of any hotel I have been to. The only problem we had was the wifi in our room was weak however other spots in the hotel had good wifi. We will definitely stay again.

We stayed 2 nights and we liked it! The hotel is in the center of Merida. So everything was in walking distance . The room was clean, the staff was helpful and the patio was amazing !

This hotel is still in 1901 when it was built. Big chance to meet Hercules Poirot I guess. The spirit of olde good times is in there. A little bit noisy around but it is downtown. Staying there- interesting experience for sure.

This hotel was really a pretty good deal. We stayed for 7 nights. When we got there, they upgraded us to a suite that had 3 beds. We had plenty of room to spread out. The AC worked great, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot. The building was also quite beautiful. The only notes were that the carpet was a little old and beat up. I also would've liked to have had a pool or hot tub, but not a real big deal. The staff was super friendly and the wifi in the lobby was great.
