The hotel room was extremely clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, in the Centre with lots of places nearby to go to. As well as the service provided from the Front desk and cleaners was emaculate. Definitely would recommend if you plan on coming to Mérida.

Nuestro viaje fue en 2018 en octubre y tuvimos la mala suerte de que el coche que alquilamos se estropeó en Merida cuando dejábamos la ciudad para seguir nuestro camino, tras pasar por un taller en el que literalmente nos querían timar encontramos el taller que está al lado del hotel todo fue amabilidad y servicio increíble, como nos teníamos que quedar una noche más para que arreglaran el coche el dueño del taller nos dijo que un amigo suyo iba a abrir un hotel en pocos días y que lo iba a llamar a ver si nos podíamos quedar allí... Pues dicho y hecho, Fausto nos atendió de manera excepcional nos enseño todo el hotel nos contó el porqué de toda la decoración y sobre todo entre él y su amigo del taller cambiaron un día terrible en excepcional. Las habitaciones grandes y limpias, camas fantásticas y atención insuperable, he de decir que todavía estaba haciendo obras y no lo pudimos disfrutar como está ahora que he de decir que esta precioso!!!!
