The hotel from outside is nice, but from inside, my bathroom was not so clean.The water in the shower came up and was clogged, I had a lot of water in the bathroom all over the floor; in the toilet the water tended to come to the surface and stagnate. Moreover, I did not have a hair dryer, I was told that there was none left, I asked again later, I was lent one that worked only once. Finally, I don't know how it works in Mexico but for 11 days my room was not washed, they didn't offer it to me, I had to ask for new towels, which they gave me thanks. The room is spacious but the spring bed is of average quality. The location of this hotel is good, in the center of this, but then there is a big problem, a CLUB/ Bar / restaurant just next door, on Thursday, Friday Saturday impossible to sleep, we hear everything as and yet I brought earplugs. When you have 11 hours of flight the next day and you don't sleep at all during the night it's really annoying !! Also, the room being next to the reception, I could hear all the conversations, the people ringing the hotel during the night; It's not the best when we like to have a good night.
The staff is nice, the man working at night in particular is helpful.
On the other hand, one day, in the morning, I left the hotel to have my breakfast outside ( because during my stay there was no more cook, I don't know why) and while returning from my breakfast at 9 am the hotel was locked! I could not enter at all inside. I waited 2 hours until someone from the staff arrive, I arrived 2 hours late at my meeting at work. I understand that there is a lack of staff maybe at certain times but I don't understand why nobody warned me that between 9:15 and 11:30am there would be nobody!! At least they could have give me a key. Fortunately my flight was not on that day, otherwise I would have missed it! because of course nobody answered at the reception when you ring the bell on where you call since there was no staff. It could have be a better stay to be honest !
