Delicious coffee and simple plates. All bread is sourdough which makes it an excellent place to eat healthy.
Most of the visitors are foreigners.
The shop could have more and better decorations to make it look better.

I feel hesitant to share this gem, because it is so special.
The pastry is perfection. Everyone that works here is a piece of a magical machine. The cooks in the kitchen are artists. The servers (like Juan, who talked with us at the bar) are a true delight, tending to our every need. When all the pieces are put together, you get an incredible experience. The smells, sounds, and flavors blend into what I can only call a masterpiece.

We returned back to back days, and I'm looking forward to returning on my next trip.

This place is not great for my diet, but I can’t help coming back for more. I’ve had the pain au chocolat and the fig/almond pastry. Both were excellent. Need to return for the plain croissant! Delicious coffee as well.

Gem of a place. Outstanding coffee and pastries. Went back every day of our vacay in November. Their main waiter is top notch: attentive, super nice, respects his product, makes sure everything is perfect. Cant ask for more.

So delicious and beautiful. The staff is super friendly and will take time to know you. A hidden gem for late breakfast and a great place to live the slow life

Great find during our stay in Merida! English speaking staff, good soundtrack and fab Flat white (hard to find in Yucatán!). For brunch I had the Croffle, house specialty, a croissant dough cooked like a waffle and topped with crispy fried chicken. Honey on the side to your liking. I've really enjoyed my meal here and highly recommend the Croffle!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE THEIR PASTRIES! Notably some of the best in town! You can find them at their central and north location but also the slow food market on Saturdays. You will be fooled, Merida local, chef Andres, has learned and mastered the art of French baking!

The croissants are amazing (I’m a purist and like the plain ones) but my partner loves the pistachio and they have a good chocolate one too. The one available sundays dipped in chocolate is beautiful but you’ll be better off getting the one filled with chocolate. Their bread is also excellent and kouign-amann was incredible! The chocolate chip cookie is great!

As a southern German, I was very excited to see they have bretzen (soft pretzels) and for mexico they are solid! The butter they serve in house isn’t to my European butter standards so I prefer to order it to go and eat it with my tasty fresh butter at home.

We had one breakfast that was a meatball and poached egg in salsa service with fresh sourdough. The dish was tasty but the poached egg was raw (like the white was not at all cooked) so we will order again but specify we want the egg cooked longer.

I visit this place often and can’t recommend it enough for your European pastry cravings.
