We had a great experience at this hotel. Clean rooms,nice and quiet pool area and ideal location. The breakfast was a hit or miss for me so if ure not a plantain eater like me the chicken sandwich would be a perfect alternative. The staff and especially the restaurant staff is very attentive and nice people.

There's so many good things to mention about this hotel. First is location. We were soooo close to all the must sees in Merida city. All the shopping and restaurants are with in 3 blocks. Every time we went to go see, do, or eat something we kept saying it's nice that we don't have to drive or Uber. The room we had was so spacious and kept clean. The lady who cleaned did a fantastic job and we loved seeing all the decorations she did with the towels, so cute! The pool and patio is so relaxing and feels so private the way it's set up and not to mention beautiful. We would wall around and eat or shop and stop by our room to drop off things, take a break, or use the restroom.

Only con was parking. They literally have 5 parking spots. The first day we arrived, they were full. We had to find parking elsewhere and it was difficultas some places close at 11PM. It was the worse that we had to pull our luggage 2 blocks to the hotel. They did have parking the rest of our stay. Maybe it's something that can be communicated ahead of time.

I definitely recommend this place.
The reception was nice and helpful, the fact that they spoke english is a big plus in Merida. You can also refill your water in the hotel. There is good wifi everywhere in the hotel, and also in the park next to it. Note that you can find plugs and wifi pretty much everywhere in the center.
The rooms were large and clean.
Location is just perfect as it is right in the center and also close to Paseo de Montejo.
They also helped us schedule day trips which was nice. Would suggest Chichen Itza and Uxmal trips that you can schedule through the hotel.
In the night, it can get very noisy because of live music next door.
Breakfast was okay althought they did not speak much english and it could definitely be cleaner. Their coffee was good, though.

Great location! This is a pretty decent hotel. We were lucky enough to get the room overlooking the street which was great entertainment. This room is dated but the balcony made it worth it.

Great boutique hotel with a very cozy pool area across the street from plaza Santa Lucia. Plaza Santa Lucia offers a few restaurants with live music for a quite, romantic day

Great option for your stay with family and family in the center of merida. Walking distance from all centric spots. Well taken care of. I recommend to book with breakfast included, you’ll love the dishes and love they put on them.

My new favorite hotel in the world. I never felt so relaxed and well taken of. Not luxury, but homey. Staff took care of so much for us and we're shocked I gave them a nice gratuity.
