Rooms were mostly clean and comfy. Service was excellent!! Friendly, accommodating, and attentive. The location was very centralized and close to many popular places.

The rooms are very neat and they have a good room service as well. The view was nice from my room. The breakfast spread is really good. Was there for 14 days and no complaints. Best location near to plaza del sol.

We upgraded our room as we couldn't move the beds together. Our upgraded room had ants, the light switch was damaged. There was a brown mark on the towel when we first arrived that I could only assume was from a place you don't want leftover on your towel...

Awesome value for the money. Clean, comfortable rooms. Good location and tasty breakfast options. We stayed 3 night here.

Breakfast buffet is amazing. Pool area is calm, clean and inviting. Staff is cordial and very helpful. Service is fast. I travelled with my two year old, and he opened/unlock the door twice and left the room. The hotel needs to install door chains that can’t be reached by small children. Also, you will need to request a fridge to be taken to your room, we did not learn about this until check-out and we did not have a way to store our son’s milk. There is no microwave in rooms neither. Lastly, although the cleaningness and organization of the room was perfect, the carpet was pretty filthy. My son was without shoes the first day, and his socks ended up very dirty.

Our new destination hotel in Guadalajara. Service was the best we've had. Good breakfast included in the price. Nice room with a carpeted floor. You won't go wrong.

Friendly stuff, but If you want quietness, do not stay on 4-6 floor. It's so noisy because of the ACs outside of the building . I stayed in room 410 and couldn't sleep at all, so first thing in the morning, I talked to the receptionist and gave me another room ????without any hesitation.
