It's not the best but not the worst either. The breakfast is average, the bathrooms have a slide door with no lock, and they smell like sewers. If they want me to come back they'll have to fix the odor.

Great service at the front desk, especially Dani, the staff overall is great. The rooms comfortable, breakfast buffet is very good, airport shuttle was convenient. Helpful tip, stay on the side that does not face the highway, there is a lot of traffic noise.

Finally a Hampton hotel that lives up to the hype, stayed in a few and they have always have fallen short. The installations are of good quality the staff is top notch and make the hotel what it is, especially the night receptionist at the front desk I didn’t catch the young man’s name but was extremely polite, professional and all around pleasure to talk to. Would definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Guadalajara.

Also the staff at breakfast was extremely polite and courteous and made the experience that much enjoyable.

Compared to most Hampton Inns, this hotel was a disappointment. According to their website, they have an airport and local shuttle. There was always a reason the shuttle was not in operation and I was unable to use it once.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous! This was my second stay here and would do it all over again.
