I was really pleased with this hotel. The staff were incredibly hospitable. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The decor and condition of the hotel is excellent and I loved the art work. The breakfast buffet was possibly the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had with an awesome selection. And the view from the restaurant on the terrace can’t be beat. Would love to stay there again!

Currently staying here. The location is perfect because it's right in the downtown area. Rooms are a bit small but nice. Now as for the restaurant the waiters were not very attentive to us and seem to judge us based on how we looked and dressed which was not ok at all. No one should be judged on how you look, everyone deserves the same type of service no matter what. For Example, we went for a light breakfast and was seated, the waiter asked us what we would like to drink and then didn't bother to tell us there was a buffet. A few seconds later another couple comes in and they got the full welcoming with details about the buffet, a completely different attitude. Tonight we went for just drinks but wanted some appetizers, the waiter said the kitchen was closing so he made it seem that we couldn't order but then said he would find out but never came back to tell us. Then a young couple came in sat down and was able to order food, I was like I thought the kitchen was closed..Anyways my point being they should not be judging people on how they look or dress instead they should serve everyone with the same respect we all deserve.

Quite disappointing.
I stayed for 2 nights. Upon arrival (around 22:40) I was informed that the restaurant was open until 22:30. I ordered room service, which had more than an hour of delay. The food quality was regular.
Next day I went to the restaurant at 12:20, and they just offered me breakfast. I had to wait until 12:45 to order my lunch, which was again regular.
At night I arrived to the restaurant at 22:10. The waiter brought me a menu just for cocktails and left. When I told him I wanted to have dinner he said the kitchen was already closed. They told me I should order room service. As I’ve claimed that I was informed it was open until 22:30, they just offered me to order enchiladas.
The room was nice but small. The view to the cathedral was nice, but the window was very dirty.
The “gym” had only treadmills and a few dumbells.
I give one star for the location.
I would not recommend it.

I was really excited to stay at this hotel for the day. However, I was really disappointed in our room. I paid for 2 queen beds and was given 2 full size beds. I had 4 including myself staying in the room. I called the front desk to let them know what I asked for and didn’t receive. She didn’t care at all. She tried to tell me that they are queen beds and the beds we got are standard throughout the hotel. I told her then they shouldn’t advertise they have queen beds if they don’t. They should put they offer Full size beds. She said that wasn’t up to her but up to corporate. Very disappointing. I guess I will not be staying here again nor will I be recommending it to anyone.

Great location at the center of Guadalajara. Check in was easy and the staff friendly. Housekeeping was pretty great too. Also great breakfast spread along with an amazing view from the restaurant. My queen room with a balcony was a bit on the smaller side.

The rooms are nice but the beds are definitely not a queen size, they’re more like a full size. If you get noisy neighbors you’ll hear them all night like our last day. The thing that shines is breakfast though it’s great as well as central location to city center.

Location is PERFECT, but no parking. The Cathedral parking was full at 4pm on Saturday so driving around to find another 24 hour parking garage with crowds, who don't obey traffic signals, was time consuming. Check out time is 11 am, but at 10 am I had a lady knocking on my door asking me if I was still there. I don't need anyone pushing me out the hotel. Rooms were clean.
