No parking at property. Below average rooms. Had to pay a deposit for an iron. Staff is not very friendly. The bed sheets had hair on them.

Do not book at this hotel. Parking is not included, hotel did not even have properly working A/C units. Both rooms I booked did not have hot water and also A/C was not working. Remember that this hotel is located inside downtown so you will be fighting to get through traffic. Guadalajara has some of the worst traffic I have ever seen. Worst than Dallas/Houston/ Florida, etc.

Great Customer Service, excellent location and safe area. Will recommend it if you want to be on a centric place for all activities.

Excellent Hotel. Strategically located next to the Cathedral, walking distance to museums. Staff, especially David, most helpful.

Service at the hotel was great, since checking until checkout, the lovely lady's at the front desk Cecy and Laura were very professional and welcoming also the housekeeper was very attentive and very prompt at solving my many requests, very happy having her as my housekeeper and the security guard at night time Marco was very helpful and professional helping me with a couple requests at midnight, overall great stay ,and affordable and the location was great, amazing view to the cathedral , main square and easy access to many touristic places

Great hotel in the center of old town. Breakfast was hit or miss. One day was great the next horrific. Overall really nice and would stay again. Just eat out.

Okay so I totally booked this place because of its prime location catty corner to the Cathedral and across from the Governor's even knowing that it was simple and it was a little older. I was really upset to find out that THIS LOCATION has been closed since Sunday the 27th of June 2021. We did not receive any notice of the change in location; however, one of the sister hotels nearby Hotel Gamma - One Guadalajara Centro has stepped in and taken all of the reservations over. So you will have a place to stay.

Hotel Gamma is about three or four blocks away from the Cathedral location and it does not have nearly as pretty a view had I known this ahead of time I would have booked a hotel closer to the theater or even one of the luxury hotels further away from downtown.

So just a heads up for any travelers who have their hearts set on the view of the cathedral and the plaza.
