My stay at this hotel was amazing, staff was very attentive and friendly. Rooms were very modern, clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was delicious, Samuel made me a delicious omelette and his salsas were great. The view from the restaurant is a plus. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

Before I give my thoughts, I would like to add the disclaimer, that I will book another stay at this hotel. Stayed in Jan 2020 from Wed to Sunday. Second time staying at this hotel and location. 99.9 % of the staff is always friendly and location is central. I was most disappointed with Housekeeping. Tipped them well, but 1. never replenished items like tea or drinks used from the minibar. Floors were not properly swept. Sent out for laundry and it took 2 days. Beautiful hotel but the General Manager needs a better handle on processes and procedures. When I checked out, had I not told them about the laundry or minibar items I consumed, they would not have charged me. Again, this was my second time staying and disappointed in the quality of the services. Will give them a third time and hopefully changes will be made.

My husband and I spent a week at the NH Collection and truly enjoyed ourselves. This is an old building but everything inside is modern, sleek and clean inside. The service was spectacular - friendly, warm and helpful. We stayed in a Superior Room with a terrace. The terrace was almost as big as the room. The description says "double bed" but it was actually a queen size bed. We ate at the restaurant twice. The breakfast buffet was very nice, fresh choices and great variety. We also had dinner one evening in the restaurant and the view of the skyline as the sun set was spectacular. Why 4 stars and not 5? The room was very small. Also, there's very little storage space for clothes. Otherwise, a wonderful stay.

This hotel is right in the city center and the perfect spot to stay for easy access to everything! There are a lot of things to see and explore very close to the hotel. There are walking tours, hop on hop off buses, horse and carriage rides, shopping and more in very short walking distance. With the close proximity to everything, you would think you could hear a lot of noise in the hotel, but that is not the case at all. The restaurant on the 7th floor had a wonderful view of the city and the breakfast buffet was good. The rooms were great, the beds were comfortable and the water was hot with good pressure. I would absolutely stay here again.

The breakfast bar was amazing. Fresh food, high quality, attention to detail, marvelous view. Meticulously clean. My favorite chef was Samuel Fernandez. He would make me whatever omelette I wanted, with such a fresh and exquisite variety of fillers, including squash blossoms, spinach, mushrooms, onions, bell pepper, etc. And specially crafted salsas always freshly prepared. Thank you!!!

We stayed for 3 days and had an absolute wonderful experience. The balcony room views were breathtaking. Rooms were recently updated and had all the necessary items, Definitely recommend to check out the breakfast buffet. The only down side is that there is no parking at the hotel and they do not offer a Valet service. So you have to park your car 2 blocks down the road for about $7 usd per 24 hours.

A beautiful, clean and modern hotel in the heart of Guadalajara's downtown. It is an excellent location if you just plan to stay in the downtown area. The suites are super spacious (with small living room). We enjoyed eating complementary breakfast on the rooftop restaurant (morning buffet). From the rooftop you can see the beautiful cathedral. A perfect place to take photos and to sit and enjoy your breakfast. I'd definitely stay there again!
