All inclusive was a bit pricey and the food really wasn't that great. If I was to do it over again, I wouldn't get all inclusive, but I would be happy to stay at this resort again.

It's not the crazy party scene some of the others are, it has a time share feature, which brings an older and calmer atmosphere in general around the facility. It was clean, beautiful, and has very attentive staff.

Great place to go.

We stayed at the resort during Memorial Weekend. The resort is amazing, clean, food is delicious, stuff is very nice. We traveled with two children's (4u00267). Kids pool gave them amazing experience. Kids club provides activities for little one so parents have some time to relax. It's definitely a family resort.

The resort is beautiful and the staff working there very friendly and professional.
Not the same can be said about the management, who forced me to pay twice for the same guest (a 13 years that on the booking site defined as a child and included in the family package but the property refused to honor). They categorically refused to let us in the resort the day of check in unless we pay an all inclusive fee, which had already being paid in advance. At that point with the prospect of having our family stranded during spring break, I had to cave in and add another 600 dollar charge.
When a friend of ours, staying at the resort next door came to visit us at the beach, they refused to let him sit on one of the hotel’s plastic beach chair and had him sit on the sand 3 feet from us, or pay for a all inclusive day pass. Clarifying he didn’t ask to use any facility, drink or eat anything or even get inside the hotel. Just sitting with us at the beach. Of course we just picked up all our stuff and went to my friend’s resort, which was super friendly and accommodating, so we spent the whole day there. So much for having shelled 4 grants for an all inclusive stay. Oh, and don’t think that all inclusive means ALL INCLUSIVE. Unless your agree to listen to a 2 hour time share pitch you won’t be able to dine at any of the resort’s restaurant besides the buffet.
I’ve been around the block a couple of times in my life and this is the instance in which i was treated the worst by the management, it was humiliating.
I will never be back and I’ll make sure to spread the voice about the way they treat clients as widely as possible.

We checked in to the Royal Cancun today. We exchanged our gold rated property on interval for it and had mediocre expectations. It doesn’t have great reviews. Typically, we don’t care, we use the resort as a home base and travel from there. Everything about this experience has been awful. (Except for the bellhops and the pool bartenders.) The first person we dealt with at reception was so rude to me. (Our room wasn’t ready, when we came back, the next guy was fine.) Our “resort view” room has a view of the very busy, very loud street, the parking lot and the resort garbage. Yep. The garbage. I called moments after getting into our room to request a change. I was told there was absolutely nothing. A quick google search showed at least 3 of the same type rooms available. (Maybe they weren’t a better room, but surely none had a view of the garbage?!)
I was told to check again tomorrow and maybe someone would no show. Before going to bed, I stopped by the front desk to show them the video of my room from my balcony that I had taken. They offered me a different, nicer, room. I asked why it wasn’t available when I asked earlier. It’s an “emergency room”.

Great place, Having an amazing time the staff is really nice. The all inclusive package is really worth it. The best mexican Food i ever had so far. The drinks are really nice and hang on to. The activity at resorts make your time flies quickly. Worth coming to place and very clean and hygienic place.

We really enjoyed our stay here! All of staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. We did not get the full all inclusive, but we did get the breakfast only all inclusive option so I can attest to that. Breakfast was delicious. I was surprised by how many different options there were. We were there for about a week and didn't really get tired of the breakfast because there were so many options that you could chose from each day. The restaurant is also right on the beach so it's nice to get beautiful views of the ocean while you eat. The beach is much calmer than what we saw on other resorts on the other side of Cancun. Some of those resorts had big waves coming in and sometimes the water wasn't swimmable, but our resort always had nice calm swimmable water, which was important to me. We would definitely recommend this resort!

Beach was nice and calm. Very clean throughout the resort. Food was great(The fresh fruit and fruit juices were wonderful but I learned that I have to avoid anything that ain’t fully cooked while in Mexico). 24 hour room service. Covid Test was very smooth and comfortable. There is music from the resort next door but couldn’t hear it in the room. The room was spacious(almost 1000 sq ft.) I would gladly return.
