Very disappointing service. Was told to meet at 7am as they will try to leave at 7:30am hence I decided not to be late. Arrived at 6:45am waited until 7:30am but the dive guide never turned up. Took another 1h for them to give me my gear and make arrangements for me to join a group of divers. Finally left the dock at 9:15am.
During the arrangement of the dive trip, I was told I will have my own personal dive and dive guide but ended up being grouped with a random group...

Dive was amazing though. Beautiful clear water and beautiful corals.

We wanted to get my wife and son certified, out dive center at home recommended divepro. They were not wrong. We had Lars who is a very good instructor, excellent with kids. I have been diving for 10 years and this was one of the best operations I have been diving with. We went to the whale sharks which was in my wife’s “bucket list” It was great! Over all, service, price, organization was excellent. We will be back

I was scuba diving solo and had always been annoyed by dives with groups that combine new divers with experienced divers, but had to do it that way because not been able to dive alone. These guys solved this. I had 1 on 1 dives with a great instructor, Luis who was attentive and helped with my gear and pointed out many underwater species for me to see. The Wreck was a fantastic dive. Thanks Miguel and Luis and Captain Eder for a wonderful time

Just finished Open Water Diver course with Dive Pro, special thanks to our instructor Lars, who makes diving fun, Lasse all the best my friend.
Very personalised service with the best price i found among 10 dive centres i have emailed before coming here.

I personally walked into this shop and requested to do a tour of the caves on a certain day. She supposedly me down in the books for the day that I requested. The evening before my dive, I called the shop to find out what where I need to meet them. I was informed that I wasn't booked for that trip but for the Cozumel trip 2 days later. I explained that there is no way that I would have signed up for that trip because I was leaving that same day. I asked if he could make room for 1 more but he refused. I wrote both the owner and the lady who put me down for the wrong tour explaining how disappointed I was. Neither one of them wrote back and apologized. Next time I am in Cancun, I am going with another company. I understand mistakes happen but obviously they could care less if they lose a customer. Added note: I know for sure this is the correct business because before I left that same day when I booked my reservation, I was given the email address of the lady that booked me. Also, the pictures of this business is identical to what the business looked like where I was. I was there 2 days in a row. Photos don't lie.
