Absolutely unreal dive shop; from customer service to equipment to the in depth understanding of all their dive locations. Both historically and possible dangers and conditions.

From the get go they were responsive to all my questions and concerns. Over email then WhatsApp.

Did four dives over two days with different instructors and both were primo. The second day was a full day trip and ended up being private dives by fluke and they didn't cancel the trip, most other dive shops would. I know cuz I've experienced it. This stood out for the level of customer service they offer.

After experiencing the service and skill level I see the other google reviews weren't wrong. Glad I chose them, and will again when I come back.

Highly recommend the cenotes. Extremely unique.

Group of 4 of us were able to get our Advanced Open Water certification during vacation. It was a great experience and Total Scuba was very helpful during times of rough weather to make sure we could get all of our dives in while we were in Cancún .

We did 2 drift dives, 2 cavern dives (in Cenotes), and 2 reef dives. Make sure to do the cenotes if you have a chance.

Highly recommended, fantastic experience!
We did open water certification training. Fabio is an amazing teacher. He is knowledgeable, reliable and professional. I really appreciate his patience and thorough instruction which helped me get rid of nervousness and start enjoying the underwater exploration. It’s awesome to start my scuba diving journey with Fabio and scuba total.
Also great thanks to Gaby for the support during the trip planning process. She is caring in helping up arrange the diving trips considering weather condition and our stay in Cancun. Thanks to the whole team. I will definitely choose scuba total again for my next trip in Cancun.

We did the full scuba training for our two kids (ages 14 u002611). Aldo was an excellent instructor, he took time with my kids to explain everything, and was great with them in the water. Gaby made the whole process easy getting Padi certified. They were also cheaper and way more professional than other places we have gone with.

Would definitely recommend them. They also took us to the gardens, probably one of the most beautiful snorkeling spots I have ever been too.

My husband and I were able to do two days of diving with this company. We have been diving for a little over a year with 17 dives under our belt, but my husband had a bad experience with the drift diving in Cozumel and gets a little nervous. Aldo was great with making him feel very comfortable and explaining everything to him. He checked on us frequently throughout the dive and we had a wonderful experience. Gaby works mostly on the office side of things, and she was great at providing information, responded quickly, and was able to get my husband larger tanks, as he sucks air up a little quicker than I do. If we come back to Cancun, we will definitely be diving with them again.

This has been an amazing place to dive from. Everyone was phenomenal, Gaby, Aldo, Fabio, Rafael, all of the support staff, and the captains of the boats. I would most definitely come back to Scuba Total to dive in Cancun again.

From the trip to Cozumel, the underwater museum, the wreck dives, they were all fantastic. The reefs we dove on our last day, phenomenal!!!! Fabio picked a good wreck and reef for us to dive at. I can't say enough praises about this place and the staff there.

Gaby did a great job in coordinating getting us picked up as well as dropped off to our resort. She was very welcoming when we made it to the dive shop, and she was very communicative in regards to emails. I love this place and will dive with them on my next trip to Cancun.

Just dove with Scuba Total yesterday and loved it. They were really friendly and helpful for us beginner divers, and spoke great English. Gaby communicated often in planning our trip and was flexible on date and flexible when one of our family needed to cancel. Fabio was a quality teacher and safe dive guide who shot a bunch of pics and video of us.
Advice: if you go on a windy day, take nausea medicine as the dive boat bounces a lot.
