Hotel Inn Cancun

Two words can describe perfectly this place: Dirty and bad odor. Is located in an Area next to a Main Bus stop so you can imagine the horrible area this is located next to. Advertised as a hotel is the worst hostal one can ever set foot. Located in the back of said Bus stop the surrounding areas had a lot of homeless or drunk people lying around or wandering and just makes you feel unsecured, Lots of graffiti and trash in the streets. Pictures are a total lie, room was dirty, dust and sand everywhere, smell was straight sewer mix with cigarettes. One of the walls next to the bunk beds had fecal matter that it seems to be there for a long time. Impossible to miss if hostel personnel were doing at least a little bit of cleaning. Shower had a lot of fungus, bathroom sink was almost falling. Employee doing check in was friendly total opposite from guy doing check out. I had no option but to stay for a quick nap at midnight so I could take my plane early in the morning. Avoid this place is a trap. I strongly believe any good reviews are paid reviews

Dirty, they didn't change a sheets. Someone's hair on pillowcase, stains. Just a good location. In a price of 600$ not worth

Close to ADO station which is great. In a quiet street but the smell in the room was straight sewage. There is not more rooftop, amd no breakfast which is fine to be honest. But the smell was just tasty. Service was good though. The front desk was helpful and sweet. The building just need to be repaired.

The place is a bit run down. Its like a hurricane hit this plce, all ceilings were in bad state, all bed sheets stained and best of all we had a free standing sink xD if you touch it too much it will fall. Bin was also dirty. As for positive for this place the guy at the reception was a very nice chap and that 9s the reason to get a higher star.

Set up as a hostel, without the international Vibe or free breakfast. Trying to be a hotel but my room was filled with bunk beds and I could barely move around. I tried to discuss discrepancies between the listing and the actual accommodation with the manager. He went on a rant, rather than acknowledging the amenities listed not available. Very disappointing, the worst I had in Mexico.

One of the best if not the best hostel I've ever visited. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and modern. I stayed in a dubblebed room with private bathroom with AC and in my opinion it surpasses many hotels in the same price range. The only thing that I can complain about is the shower. It had very bad water pressure and was rather small. The provided a decent breakfast and good kitchen facilities for guests to use. The location of the hostel is great, close to public transport and lots of great restaurants.

Very nice place!
The most important thing is the location. Literally 3 mins walk from the ADO. It’s perfect if you need to you the bus station the morning after.
This is a new facility, you can feel it. Everything is in good shape and clean!
The room was perfect. Also they have smart TV so we could connect our Netflix.

Hot shower, good Wifi. The shower is very small and the water get out and spead on the floor. But besides that everything was great.

Breakfast was Ok too, serial and milk, toasts, butter and Jam.
