Great place if you're on a budget, just one block from the bus terminal.

Only problem is the bed frame is made out of cement so the beds are very uncomfortable.

You definitely get what you pay for. Based on prior reviews and the cheap price of all the hotels in Cancun we figured it is just how Cancun is. The only reason giving a 2* is because the staff was friendly, the bedding was clean and it's close promixity to the bus station and a good outdoor market. Downsides: Never had hot water, the door was a hollow interior door with no deadbolt and the only additional lock was broken so was in fear that could easily get robbed, the bathroom and room smelled like mildew that permeated everything in our luggage, had a cat that cried like it was dying night and day outside our window, the walls are paper thin so when people next door brought home women at 2 am we could hear EVERYTHING, the final straw was coming back one night to find out they had ran out of water in the roof top storage so we wouldn't be able to flush or shower. Made a last minute switch to another hotel and wished I would have paid the extra $30/night to begin with because got a lot nicer hotel for not much more.

It's a small hotel with very firm beds. The bathroom has an odor that won't go away. The staff is attentive and quick to fulfill requests. The price is what brought us in. And it is worth the savings of a larger hotel or one in the hotel area. Convenient bus lines allow for access to the beaches and hotel area. And the makers are nearby.

I got a night in this hotel just to get my taxi to the airport. The AC does not work at our room so we were changed without complains. The staff was friendly enough. The place is close to ADO, so you can take a bus to the airport or a taxi. Nothing relevant in a clean room.

Great and friendly staff, location and price. Clean air conditioned rooms,safe with security parameters around hotel compound! Great for families

Great customer service, location, and price. But not the cleanest or most updated hotel. The bathroom needs to be updated. The shower was not at all good but at least it had hot water. Great for one night though.

Great for a couple of nights stay. Don't leave the air conditioning on over night - it gets too cold. Nothing fancy here.
