the room was noisy and we were not able to close the window ! (because was close from the street even on the side). Only benefit: very close from ADO station. Overpriced,
We decided to leave the hostel after 2 hours but they don’t care if you are satisfied and did not event reimburse us

Very basic. Bed, bath and AC. Room 306 faces the ADO depot and can be noisy until midnight when the buses finally stop.
The bathroom is very basic, one towel, roll off TP, soap and shampoo.
The bed has two small pillows and a sheet.
There is no elevator, so if you're unable to climb stairs with luggage I would avoid this place.
It is a 3 minute walk, if that, from the ADO depot and extremely convenient if you're only stopping in Cancun to catch the flight out. The first airport bus leaves at 430am,then 515am,then 6am and every 30 minutes onwards. Cost is 78 MXN.
There is a taco shop directly across the main road that is decent but closes by 9pm, I walked down to La Habichuela, which was excellent.

The staff was a little unfriendly. For a hotel that is cash only, we were surprised they had no change for larger bills. The room was sufficient but noisy, since it faced a main street. Location near the bus station and the cheap price made it our choice tho. The bathrooms were nice and lots of food and buses nearby.

Not clean at all, the blankets were dirty. I found hair from someone else. The bathroom was old and the room was noisy (because was close from the street). Only benefit: very close from ADO station. Overpriced!

Great location. Just a two-minute walk from the bus station. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. A great place to stay if you're looking for a budget hotel.

Not a five star place, but clean and comfortable and safe. Big plus is it is half a block from the bus station. Price were very reasonable. Definitely stay here again.

Walking distance from ADO terminal. The hotel is fine if you're in Cancun to catch an early morning flight. Ask for room that is not facing the street or else you won't be able to sleep because of the noise.
